As the quantity of sebum increases, the swollen red eruption is also increasing.
Main reasons for Acne and pimples

Mental stress, dry climate, irregular menstruation, and some excessive medication causes bad results.
The Male hormone endogen is also responsible for the production of sebum in excess quantity.
Consumption of oily fried food, chocolate, pickles, is also another reason for this skin problem.
Indigestion and chronic constipation are also reasons.
Poisonous substances get accumulated in the blood veins, which also causes this problem.
Excessive consumption of tea, coffee, alcohol, and smoking, is also one of the main reasons.
Acne scars and pimples treatment

grate the cucumber and apply it on the face, wet the face, and rub it with dry gram flour.
Dry orange peels in the sun, make a powder, mix it in water, and apply it on the face.

Mix neem basil and rose water and apply, wash it after some time.


Mix a spoonful of green coriander and mint juice with turmeric, apply this paste on the face and wash it off after some time.


This is beneficial for cure acne and pimples, and potato juice is also helpful.

Home remedies and medication are beneficial in this case, but a skin specialist should be consulted in the severity of the condition.
Maintain cleanliness along with medication. However, avoid sticky lotions and creams.
Avoid the consumption of rich food, food containing vitamin A is beneficial.
